The wall bed accommodates most standard Queen mattresses (8-12" thick, 60-90 lb, 60 x 80") and supports up to 1000 lb (including mattress). 

The open bed extends 92.7" from the wall. 

It is best to assign a clearance of 30 to 36" around the open bed for easy movement. 

The cabinet must be anchored to a wall with a minimum ceiling height of 93"with moldings and 91.1" without. 

Each Shelving Unit has 2 fixed and 4 adjustable shelves along with 1 grommet for access to electrical outlets.
